Description:
The Motor Monitor® is the most advanced protection solution on the market for three-phase motors and pumps from 1 to 800 HP. It protects against low and high voltage, phase failure, imbalance, reverse rotation, overload, underload, dry running in pumps (without needing probes in the water), frequent starts, locked rotor, and shaft breakage.
The Motor Monitor® operates by disconnecting the contactor to shut down the motor or equipment when it detects a fault that could cause damage. Its LCD screen provides real-time display of the three voltages, three line currents, detected faults, maximum and minimum voltage values, and the settings menu.
It includes a permanent memory that stores the last 10 detected faults and a fault simulation button for installation verification.
Configurable delay settings help prevent unnecessary disconnections due to transient faults. Additionally, it allows selection of overload trip curves in class 5, 10, 20, or 30. It includes the three necessary current transformers for operation.
The Motor Monitor® is compatible with the DL-100 voltage logger, which records voltages and faults to a USB memory for analysis on a computer using Nassar Data View software.
