Description

The hydro-pneumatic system panel SERIES 10L is equipped with a digital pressure gauge that indicates the system pressure in Psi/Kg*.

The adjustment of start, stop, and simultaneous pressures is easily done on the same screen with an adjustment knob.

*Note: The digital pressure gauge can measure up to 100 Psi. The panel allows maintaining the water pressure in the hydropneumatic tank within the limits previously set by the user.

It controls the automatic operation of 2 or 3 pumps that alternate and run simultaneously according to the start and stop signals received from the pressure sensor.

The panels include contactors and protection against short circuits and overload, low water level in the cistern, module for alternating and simultaneous control, electrodes, indicators, and selectors. They can be ordered with network connection for monitoring with Modbus RTU via RS-485 or Modbus TCP-IP via Ethernet.

The panel has an NEMA 4(IP66) dust and water-resistant metal cabinet.

Optional Equipment

Honeywell 100 PSI 0-5V Pressure Sensor (Required for panel operation, more economical than 2 pressure switches).
Protection against low voltage, imbalance, and phase failure with Fasealert-3 model F3.
Soft starters.
Modbus: Network connection for monitoring with Modbus RTU via RS-485 or Modbus TCP-IP via Ethernet.
Pump-Monitor: Electronic overload relay with protection against low suction level without the need for electrodes.
PD-640 protector against high-voltage discharges.
Safety disconnect switch that cuts power when opening the cabinet.
Three-phase RMS digital voltmeter with max/min voltage recording and frequency meter. Mounted on the cabinet door.
