Features

  • Energy savings of up to 50%.
  • LCD screen indicating pressure, water level in the cistern, pump speed, faults, and allowing easy programming of settings. Only 7 parameters need adjustment, making it very simple to start or modify the system calibration.
  • Includes everything needed to operate: cabinet, variable speed drives, protections, selectors, indicators, remote fault alarm contact, forced ventilation, pressure sensor, etc.
  • Robust, high-tech design with the best quality.
  • Modbus Communication via Ethernet or RS-485 (Optional).

Description

The variable speed hydro-pneumatic panels SERIES 10-V control the automatic operation of 1 to 4 pumps, alternating and running them simultaneously to maintain constant pressure within the adjusted range of up to 200 PSI using a variable speed drive for each pump.

The panel provides protection against the following faults: short circuit, low water level in the cistern, overload, high/low voltage, and phase failure. Adjusting its controls is very easy, requiring configuration of start pressure, stop pressure, minimum speed, low-pressure alarm, proportional gain, acceleration control, integral control, and stop delay.

The SERIES 10-V panels use one variable speed drive per pump and have many advantages over panels that use only one variable speed drive per board. These include greater energy savings, better control over pressure, and the elimination of water hammer.

This panel can be ordered with network connection for monitoring with Modbus RTU via RS-485 or Modbus TCP-IP via Ethernet. The panels feature an NEMA 4(IP66) dust and water-resistant cabinet with corrosion-resistant paint. It includes everything needed to operate: cabinet, variable speed drives, protections, selectors, indicators, remote fault alarm contact, forced ventilation, pressure sensor, etc. Note: Some large-capacity panels have the variable speed drives in a separate cabinet for thermal dissipation; please consult us for details.

Optional Equipment

  • Modbus: Network connection for monitoring with Modbus RTU via RS-485 or Modbus TCP-IP via Ethernet.
  • Safety disconnect switch that cuts power when opening the cabinet.
  • PD-640 protector against high-voltage discharges.
  • Three-phase RMS digital voltmeter with max/min voltage recording and frequency meter. Mounted on the cabinet door.
